VENROO started in the winter of 2008 when two lifelong friends wanted to find a way to track the NFL venues they had visited

They were part of a group of ten friends from all over the United States who would attend a professional football game in a different city, each year.  As their stadium visits started to add up, the friends found it fun, and also necessary, to track where they had been.

These trips, you see, were more than just to watch the game.  They became three-day events spent catching up with old friends, exploring the surroundings, and living the full experience the sporting venue had to offer.  Be it, tailgating at the stadium, dinner at restaurants, meeting new people at local bars, or crashing for the night in a quality hotel.

Although the two friends have completely different tastes in professional football teams (National Conference vs American Conference, East Coast vs West Coast, three championship trophies vs zero championship trophies), they did agree that there was an opportunity to share what they had with fans of all sports.  As a result, VENROO was born.
